Returns

  • If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for the return shipment. In all other cases, the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged.
  • If you simply want to return any product for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to Management, whose recommendations we follow.

Refunds

  • Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you receive the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. However, as stated in the returns section, the customer pays for return shipments.

    Refunds may take 3-15 days for the bank to credit back the refunded amount.
